For this reason, except in very simple cases, individually examining each combination cannot be envisaged. It would be a too long and complex task.
Subsequently, optimization software cannot systematically identify “the best solution” (it may be, in any case, that this solution does not exist, or is not unique, depending on the criteria), but it gets close, especially if the selection criteria of examined cases – in relation to rejected cases – are carefully chosen.
OptiCoupe V for Windows is an autonomous panel and profile cutting and stock management optimization software, designed and developed by BOOLE & PARTNERS, benefiting from the experience of several thousand users.
OptiCoupe V for Windows is available in four basic capacities (aside from the post-processor), depending solely on the number of parts to be placed simultaneously and independent of the number of part dimensions, or the dimensions and quantities of the available panels:
- OptiCoupe V-500 OptiCoupe V-pro (unlimited) - OptiCoupe IV exists in a post-processor version for digital orders.
OptiCoupe V for Windows takes into account the thickness of the cutting blade (saw line), stamping (width and height), with or without rotation (following the grain), dimensions, qualities and the cost of available panels. It also includes a number of other cutting and optimization settings.
OptiCoupe V for Windows uses cutting edge technology in computer development and mathematical algorithms, making it flexible and user-friendly and enabling it to handle relatively complex cases, providing efficient solutions within a limited time span.

CesiomList generates the elements which, once imported, avoid the need to enter the parts and panels into OptiCoupe V.
